New V-RAD Rivalry Putter Grips 'a nod towards upcoming Ryder Cup'

Wednesday, 21 July 2010

With the Ryder Cup now not far away, many fans may be starting to think about how they are going to show their support for their team and one golf equipment manufacturer has produced a possible solution.

The V-RAD Rivalry Putter Grips are available in two different designs - one of which features the US flag and the other shows the logo of the European Union.

Director of global sales and marketing at golf equipment manufacturer Eaton's golf division Dan Koehler, explained that the texture of the items has been improved in terms of tackiness.

"The updated V-RAD Rivalry Putter Grips are a great way for golfers to show enthusiasm for the most legendary rivalry in golf," he said.

This year's Ryder Cup is set to take place at Celtic Manor Golf Course in Wales from October 1st to 3rd.

Surrey golfer Paul Casey currently needs a wild card if he is to play in the competition, despite finishing joint third at The Open last weekend.ADNFCR-2334-ID-19900934-ADNFCR
